T2K Voice & Data is an independent UK-based telecommunications provider specialising in business phone systems, connectivity, and data cabling solutions for businesses of all sizes across the UK. The company, based in Dorset, has delivered a tailored telecoms solution for The CRUMBS Project’s training centre, and recently extended this partnership by upgrading the voice and data service for the charity.

Installing a new Horizon cloud-based hosted VoIP solution at The CRUMBS Project’s Bournemouth location enables the charity to make and manage calls over the internet, offering flexibility, scalability, and advanced call handling features. Managed entirely in the cloud, it supports remote working team members, integrates with popular productivity tools, and eliminates the need for traditional on-site phone systems.
The T2K Voice & Data team, including Lee Clarke, Adam Snowden, Ryan McMillan, and Tom, have donated their time, expertise, and resources to install the new telecoms solution and provide training and support for the charity’s staff and volunteers.
